Thanks a lot Mr Gas man!

Went to carry out an EICR at a property, only to find the mains incoming gas pipe over the front of the consumer unit, making it impossible to remove the lid!

Any budding landlords out there, just check the consumer unit is accessible before you rent the property out please. Had to go back and incurred extra charge for the landlord.
