Wow, what an honest, trustworthy, thorough and reliable tradesman - people like Tim are hard to come by! He was extremely accommodating in terms of booking an appointment that suited me, he was on time and prepared and nothing was too much hassle. Really polite and nice guy with very reasonable prices.
